Wood is timeless, sustainable and not least beautiful.

Blot's aesthetic expression is based on the old Danish furniture classics and is a study of the craft and work with wood.

The frame is produced from solid ash, the seat is braided in Danish paper cord and the backrest is stretched in linen flagline. All materials are natural, recycled or as far as possible from FSC certified forestry.

I am not a trained cabinetmaker, but have a great passion for working with wood in both furniture and architecture. The chair is therefore also a study in how far you can get with a few tips and a proper portion of will and drive.
